Job Purpose:

  • Position requires initial time invested in prospecting to build a working client base. Once a client base is established higher emphasis is placed on account and client management and consulting. 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Two-year college degree with 2+ years of outside Managed Services Provider sales and consulting experience.
  • Outside sales experience and strong PC and networking knowledge.
  • Strong familiarity with computers and related software and hardware.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to persuasively present information and respond to inquiries from clients, and fellow staff members to sell products/services in person and by telephone.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and a strong orientation to customer service.

Job Description:

  • Develops and presents Network Infrastructure Design and Support offerings by evaluating business requirements; evaluating alternative solutions; determining best of breed and best IT solutions/offerings; providing cost estimates; defining specifications; planning and establishing systems integration.
  • Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging technologies; learning current and pre-release systems, products, platforms, and complimentary tools; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations; both sales and technical.
  • Completes and submits required billing, support and expense paperwork daily.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2-3 years minimum technical network computer infrastructure experience or the equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training is required.
  • Computer industry standard certification. Currently a must have is Microsoft Systems Certified Engineer and Cisco Sales Expert vendor certification.

We are looking for a self-motivated and well organized intermediate web developer to join our ever-growing team of IT professionals. Qualified candidates must be able to handle multiple projects and a variety of tasks. This is a full time permanent position. Only local candidates need apply.

All candidates must work well both in a team and individual environment. Many of our projects are assigned to one developer at a time. Other times, larger projects are split between multiple team members. Qualified candidates must meet the position requirements below.

Duties:

  • Communicate with clients to understand client needs and vision.
  • Consult with clients on project requirements.
  • Generate or assist in project proposals.
  • Create website wireframes and mockups.
  • Build websites from start to finish based on wireframes and mockups.
  • Maintain already established web sites designed by Excalibur or other design firms.
  • Create and customize basic websites in WordPress and Joomla!
  • Create standards-compliant and responsive websites that appear the same across all major web browsers and all major smartphone operating systems using HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.

  • Research and stay current on best web design and development practices.

Skills/Qualifications:
