EXCALIBUR TECHNOLOGY CREDIT APPLICATIONS

We require that all clients have a completed credit application on file with our company prior to beginning any work. We offer several different methods of payment. Please choose the method that is right for you from the list below.

COD	Work must be paid for upon completion with a check or cash.
CREDIT CARD	All invoices will be charged to your credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit card payments.
NET 15	You will be mailed an invoice and have 15 days to remit payment.

Please note that all equipment must be paid for at time of delivery no matter which option you choose.

In order to keep our costs down to our clients, we ask that all invoices be paid within 15 calendar days. Delinquent invoices are subject to a $25.00 collection fee per invoice, 18% APR interest and attorney's fees when necessary.
