TECHNOLOGY SALES CONSULTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales & Consulting position in Network Technology. Base salary with recurring revenue commissions.
Strong cold calling, marketing and phone sales are must. This position requires initial time invested in prospecting to build a working client base. Once a client base is established higher emphasis is placed on account and client management and consulting. Computer knowledge is required, basic computer networking and network infra-structure knowledge is a plus.
JOB PURPOSE:
- Prospect, market, build and maintain client relationships the SMB market for the purpose of selling Network Consulting services and products.
- Increases sales by developing sales opportunities, and client solutions; supporting/maintaining accounts.
DUTIES:
- Build client base through proactive prospecting and marketing.
- Supports clients by providing technical expertise and solutions.
- Defines customer solution issues by conferring with clients; evaluating customer conditions; specifying requirements and process flow; coordinating with Technical staff to present customer requirements into technical business solution; conducting support ability reviews.
- Develops and presents Network Infrastructure Design and Support offerings by evaluating business requirements; evaluating alternative solutions; determining best of breed and best IT solutions/offerings; providing cost estimates; defining specifications; planning and establishing systems integration.
- Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging technologies; learning current and pre-release systems, products, platforms, and complimentary tools; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations; both sales and technical.

NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking an outside Network Administrator to support our customers within a 50 mile radius of Brea, CA. Candidates must have at least one year solid field experience with network support services, routers and desktop support. MCITP and/or MCSE, A+ and Network+ or equivalent knowledge a requirement. Applicants whom do not have these certifications will be required to complete them within 120 days of hire. Applicants must also have a working knowledge and field experience with standard software applications, hardware maintenance, routers, switches, TCP/IP routing, viruses and security measures. Candidates must also have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills and be able to work well independently. Reliable transportation a requirement. Benefits include: base salary, mileage reimbursement, allowance for health, dental and disability insurance, paid time off, and monthly performance bonuses. Starting salary based on qualifications. There is a three hour test required to be considered for employment.
