| Network and Server Service Hour Packs
Would your company like to use the services of Excalibur Technology on an as-needed basis, yet still receive the same discount as our Platinum Membership clients? If so, then Hour Packs are the solution for you! They also make budgeting and purchasing a breeze! There is no need to cut payment checks while the technician is working at your office. The hours will be deducted from your pack and travel fees will be invoiced at NET 15 terms. | Hours are good for two years from the date of purchase and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Advanced rate labor will count as two pack hours per hour billed. Minimum one hour per visit. Hours can only be used for on-site network labor services.
