Pricing Information

24 hour support is a subscription based service. Service starts at $100.00 per month for direct access to our on call engineer. Support time is billed at overtime rates.

On-site visits are billed at our overtime rate, door to door.

Free 24 hour support access is given to our Platinum Membership clients. Calls billed separately.

Overtime rates are 1.5x our standard rates. Holiday rates are 2.0x our standard rates.
