He is passionate about technology and automation. Josh is always trying to figure out how a gadget/program works and is always eager to take it apart and find out.

832Ben oversees all of our clients’ website-related projects, including new website design, website support, web hosting, and domain name registration. He also oversees the internal operations that impact these services. Ben is an avid soccer fan who loves keeping up to date on multiple teams and leagues. He also loves spending as much time as possible with his wife and kids.

He has over 25 years of experience consulting on multifaceted IT projects, streamlining internal processes to enhance productivity, and fostering positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and key business partners. If he’s not at the office, he is most likely climbing a mountain or riding his mountain bike.

She started in dispatch and has been promoted to Operations/HR over her many years of service. She enjoys camping, hiking, video games, playing with her big puppy, and gathering with friends and family. You never know what the next thing may be in IT, but she is excited for the opportunity!

Tom has been programming computers since 1973, and is skilled in storage, virtualization and enterprise applications. A serial entrepreneur, Tom is building ExcalTech’s national footprint and taking its already first-class client experience to the next level. Tom enjoys experimenting with new technologies, traveling and spending time with his family.

878Michael is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in call centers, data centers, and office environments. Having managed remote teams across the U.S. and Canada, he specializes in preparedness and risk minimization during environmental changes. As a USAF veteran, Michael brings a disciplined approach to his work, with a passion for aviation that still fuels his love for travel. Outside of his professional life, Michael enjoys online gaming, running weekly 5k races, cruising to warm destinations, and playing trivia.
