Other Subscription Plans
Simple Service Agreement
SSA gives you the flexibility to plan the maintenance of your devices by your assigned engineer at prescheduled times every month. This is the recommended plan if you only have one server or up to 10 workstations. The frequency of visits can be customized according to your requirements. Plans start at four hours of labor per month.
Advanced Simple Service Agreement
This plan allows you to go above and beyond preventive maintenance. Use the planned hours for additional IT needs as you see fit.
